Widgets
Tradeways ships 55+ configurable widgets that you can place on any dashboard or page-pinned widget area. Widgets range from single-number KPI cards to full-width charts, heatmaps, and live notebook embeds. Every widget can carry its own title, account, filter, and type-specific settings.

KPI Cards
Small two-by-two cards that surface a single number with a comparison to the prior period.

| YTD P&L | Year-to-date profit and loss in the account currency. |
| Win Rate | Percentage of winning trades out of all closed trades with W/L/BE split. |
| Trades | Total number of closed trades, with average R:R. |
| Avg Trade | Average profit/loss per closed trade. |
| Profit Factor | Ratio of gross profit to gross loss. |
| Expectancy | Expected value per trade based on win rate and average win/loss. |
| R:R | Average realized winner-to-loser ratio. |
| Commission | Total commissions paid across all closed trades. |
| Largest Win/Loss | Largest single winning and losing trade side by side. |
| Max Drawdown | Maximum peak-to-trough decline in the equity curve. |
| Avg Holding Time | Average duration from entry to exit across closed trades. |
| Quality Rate | Share of trades that hit TP before SL (requires TP/SL levels). |
| Technical PF | Profit factor based on TP/SL exits only. |
| Sharpe Ratio | Risk-adjusted return using daily standard deviation. |
| Sortino Ratio | Like Sharpe but penalizes only downside volatility. |
| Kelly Criterion | Optimal position sizing fraction from win rate and payoff ratio. |
Streaks

Heatmaps

Strategy & Compliance
These widgets reflect the strategies you have defined in Strategies. Most accept a scope setting — All strategies, a single strategy, or a strategy group.

| Top Broken Rules | Rules with the highest failure rate. |
| Rule Categories | Pass/fail mix broken down by rule category. |
| Goal Progress | Tracks quantitative rule thresholds toward their target. |
| Manual Check Completion | Completion rate of manual review rules. |
Review
Widgets that surface progress on the trade review queue.

Score & Goals
The Tradeways Score is an integrated 0–100 performance index. Goal widgets connect to recurring objectives defined in Goals.

Journal & Notebook

Widget Picker
In edit mode, click Add Widget to open the picker sheet. It is organized into Smart Insights, the full widget list, Quick Add presets, and dynamic entries built from your account data (Your Symbols, Your Asset Classes, Your Tags). Hover a widget to see a live preview. Use the search bar to filter across every section.

Widget Settings
Click the gear icon on any widget in edit mode to open its settings dialog. The dialog has two tabs.
Settings Tab

| Account | All widgets | Pin the widget to a specific trading account instead of following the active account. |
| Distribution Dimension | Distribution chart | Choose what to break down by: Symbol, Direction, or Asset Class. |
| Drawdown Overlay | Equity Curve | Toggle a drawdown area overlay on the equity curve chart. |
| Show Weekends | Year Heatmap | Include Saturday and Sunday cells in the yearly grid. |
| Risk-Free Rate | Sharpe, Sortino | Annualized risk-free rate (%) used in the ratio calculation. Defaults to 0%. |
| Source | Notebook | Which notebook to embed: Today's note, This week's note, or Specific page. |
| Notebook | Notebook | When source is "Specific page", pick which page to display. |
| Open Mode | Notebook, Journal Entries, Journal Folders | How clicking an entry opens it: Dialog, Edit in widget, or Navigate. |

Filter Tab
Each widget can carry its own trade filter independent of the global dashboard filter. The filter tab exposes the same dimensions as the global filter: date range, status, side, result, instruments, symbols, tags, entry price, position size, weekdays, and time of day.

| Filter Mode | Replace — widget filter fully replaces the global filter. Layer — widget fields override per-dimension, unset fields fall through from the global filter. |
| Filter | Configure any combination of the available filter dimensions for this widget. |
Account Pinning
By default each widget shows data from the currently active account. Pin a widget to a specific account in its settings and it will always render that account's data — even after you switch the header account. Pinned widgets show a small badge with the account name. If the account is later removed or sharing is revoked, the widget renders an "account unavailable" placeholder.
Page Widgets
In addition to the full dashboard, page widgets can be pinned above the main content on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Trades, Lifetime, Review, and Strategies. See Page Widgets for the per-page layout details.
